Re: BGM / MB Clubman for smaller kits
I posted this on another post after only about 100 miles. It's a GT186 on a 30mm PHBH and now done 1800 miles: "First thing I noticed what that you do lose a bit of low end torque [compared to an Indian Clubman], but not much it has to be said. But, stick it on a by-pass and whack the throttle...

running issues?
My brother has a running problem with his Lambretta. casa 186, 25mm del clubman pipe. Its been running ok, today topped up fuel, wouldn't start easily, very boggy on low to medium revs, revs a bit cleaner on 1/2 to full throttle but don't run well at all. I've checked the basics, plug (a bit oily!),...

Re: Small block tuning or bite the bullet?
I've had both, a TS1 in a series 3 Tv175, swopped engine for a large block. I'm currently running a GT186 with a 25mm Del in a series1. Yes the TS had plenty of grunt but the GT kit pulls really well also, not quite as much top end as the TS but in my eyes 60ish (gps) is plenty quick enough for tour...

Hi Darrell,
have you got any results from the 175 you worked on, please. And what set-up was used?
cheers

Re: Quiet Clubman
Ancillotti for me, I have em on both my scoots, they are less noisy and perform better. IMO a mate as a bigbore clubman on his Mugello and its so Firkin noisy, not even a nice noise, i couldn't ride with that in my earhole all the time. The Ancillotti's are more money but worth it i recon, until som...

Re: MB Race Tour cylinder kit opinions
Thats impressive Richard over 20hp from a small block with a 25PHBL. Would these barrels have had some more tuning work or is it the pipe alone making the big jump in BHP. I've not had mine dynoed yet but would guess its nearer 14HP with a 25PHBL and and Ancillotti clubman. Who's Darrel? , would be ...

Re: MB Race Tour cylinder kit opinions
MB state there 195rt with a 30mm del and clubman will produce 16-19hp. Interestingly the small block shoot out in a past Scootering mag has there kit same spec as above with a 48mm MB clubman produced just over 14hp with 14 torque almost the same as the Mugello with slightly different power characte...
