Thanks Ginch I think its the way I will be going as would sooner have easy access to my rear wheel which the Taffy restricts.

Im currently running a malossi 210 kit with 60 mm crank with 26 mm standard type carb and a taffy pipe, all casings have been matched. Had terrible problems on my GP 200 with it hitting speed bumps to the point I lost an exhaust nut, tried new rear shock but made no difference, although it gave good power to the scoot I could not live with it catching on bumps so its gone.

Cosa clutch
Having problems with my Cosa clutch, as far as I know its the original that was fitted on my p2,its a 2001 lump. The guy I got it off fitted new plates and corks and had only done about 300 miles when I got it and I found it had clutch drag. I fitted new Newfren plates, corks and springs and it seem...

Did you check its been done right, may be piston to tight in barrel if its nipping up so quick.

Always run mine in on mineral oil for first 500 miles at 4% mix, helps bed them in and coke up any leaks.

Had loads of problems with Jetex carbs, they either work or they dont, ditch it for summat else.

My jetting was spot on when it seized its just that I like riding full throttle all the time and they wont take it but the Rapido does, better cooling.
