TS1
TS1 230, mikuni TMX30 PJ, BGM exhaust. Runs great up to 3/4 throttle, after that it seems to die as if it needs more fuel. Carb setup :- ATOMISER 622-02 IDLE 22.5 NEEDLE 5EL68 mid clip P/JET 80 MAIN 300 Has anybody got a similar setup or any ideas, thanks Alan

It wasnt cheap £60 + a further £60 for the deep sprocket not to mention the packer and extended kickstart shaft. A surflex 5 plate green + 1.2mm steels and springs is £44 at scooter restorations, got one on order.

Clutch
Bought a 5 plate clutch kit from SCOOT-R-SHOP ,but it does not fit in std basket, a deep 5 plate one is needed to complete the kit at extra cost!!! Also the claw is 5mm taller than std, this is going to cause the top plate to foul on kickstart shaft, meaning a packing plate is needed under the chain...

Hi Alan Ren here, The bolts you are using are hexagon heads ,what you should be using ARE cap heads BUT low profile caps. The heads are a lot lower than std caps.Got disc set up myself and there isnt a lot of clearance hence why it was supplied with the low cap heads. Hope this helps. Rennie

HI, Is there anybody know what jets are for this setup RB20 kit NK expansion TM 30mm Mikuni power carb At moment running on - 280 main 80 power 32.5 pilot 0-2 atomiser 5 el 68 needle clip 3rd from top + shim seems to be lacking mid range until revs get then up pulls away. thanks for any info ALANREN
