Can be done, I did a couple for Dave. Wouldn't dother though. Plenty of decent kits for 125 casings now days. Its a bit of work modding for 200 barrel and even more work to fit 200 crank. is there a kit that will give equal performance to a polini 208 (i dont know anything about the smaller kits or engines) or am i better off buyng 200 casings and fitting the internals into it? stirling.....are you oz? Casing is very thin there, so didnt want to do to much welding in that area and risk distortion.C*NTSPEED wrote: looks good but would you get same result leavinbg the cover alone and welding some more meat on the inside at primary mate?
The two extra bolts has been an easy and effective solution.
