97 jet is too weak Mike. As Jims says 110 is more like it. What needle and atomiser are you running?

Charlie told me they can be removed as well. If your careful with a dremmel type cutting tool you shouldn't have any problems

Have to say I do usually start with a 6mm burr in an airtool but I've also done loads of transfers with a dremmel type tool and never had problems. You can always slow the speed down. It does pay to invest in some proper carbide burrs-ebay is usually pretty good. Also use lots of parrafin to stop th...

I use heavey duty stainless rivits from a place called mattesons in Coventry. They need either a pnumatic riviter or one of those big scissor type rivitors to fit them though.

He's just a mate Sean. I've took on a load of work fitting auto doors in Tescos around the country. The money was too good to pass up so have left the workshop ticking over with a guy who comes in part time. Seat recomendations
Building a GP for this years rallies most of which I will be 2 up. Its been a while since I've had to worry about the practicalities of long distance 2 up riding so the question is what Lammy seats have you found to be the best?
