I would just like to stress that I am still in Buisness I have just moved from Harrogate up to Stockton on tees, where I carry out the following work all in house
Porting
Re bores
One off expansion chambers
And Dyno set up

Just to put the record strait I have re located my workshop back up north to Stockton on Tees as we moved home from Harrogate back up north and it seamed point less traveling 90 miles a day and costing £100 a week in diesel on top of the other bills, I have just re opened at my new workshop, caterin...

This is interesting stuff. It would be good if someone were to draw up some sort of chart as to what exhaust is good with what tune. I know there has been talk before of using Clubman style pipes on tuned engines, but I wasn't aware of any issues with them clogging up. I couldn't tell you what work...

Hendy although you have found a problem with the plug in the head leaking This will only cause a very small loss in power if any your main problem is your pipe as Darrell has mentioned that the outlet on your clubman pipe is to small and will be choking the engines performance I have tried a couple ...

Hi Scooty Has the barrel been ported if so how wide is the Ex port and what shape is it as it looks like the rings have been bulging out into the port and causing them to chatter in the groove, this could be the cause of the problem as the rings are wire rather than cast they haven't let go and roll...
