The LCGB forum is still quite active but went on the Vespa Small frame forum the other day ( first time in a while) and its dead on there,...

Great scoots out of the box and like most Vespa auto's - rust is the quickest killer but keep the engines serviced and they run like champs! ;) still can be picked up for sen...

Hiya, a useful and easy update for a PX125 engine is a 150cc top end, straightforward to fit , uses the same exhaust and carb. Just needs a up-jet carburettor wise and maybe adjust the stator plate timing. It provides a very useful increase in torque and a few extra MPH'S . ;) all the best Paul Tha...

Must be a bad batch of air filters , I know they are two different makes but could they both use the same supplier for the air filter media? (paper) Used to work for a medical supplier making pharmaceutical filters for blood, drugs etc and we'd supply media to other manufacturers or just slap their ...

Re: gp150 engine
A few years back folk were justifying kits and performance exhausts to keep up with modern traffic speeds.. Friday just gone I was travelling along a busy A road for a dyno, scoot maxing out at 50/55 due to over rich Artic lorries up my arse and being overtaken, blown all over the road The return j...

Re: Standard pipe thoughts
Be interested to see how you get on with your chopping experiments I'm a big fan of the standard pipe and think many people feel they have to fit a clubman or bigger as a matter of course when they could probably get by ( with a few internal mods) with the standard plumbing
