hi
is anyone using a Mikuni TMX-30 carb on a TS1-225
i wanna ballpark starter jetting please...
its gonna be fitted onto Indian casings with a 58 x 110 crank, firing throu an Early Taffspeed exhaust or a JL-3?
whichever performs best??

Anyone tried one of these carbs then?
It currently has this jetting setup
main = 280
Power jet = 80
Pilot/Idol = 35
Slide = 4.0
Needle = 5EL68

On a reed valved MBRT 225 with B-Race stealth expansion
biggest facto i found was getting the right pilot. 40 drowned it, 20 no adjustment 22.5 ok but wouldn't tick over smoothly. Tried the 25 nearly, but 27.5 pulls well and ticks over.
