yeah i know it all looks a bit rough...at this early stage but its done for strength not looks......
besides ,it will all look a lot better when ground off a bit and cleaned up.............and finished off..... :D

hope that welding is not structural,and that the tuning isn't on the same done with the same expertise!

Yes.....its holding the whole scooter together, one big speed bump and it might snap in half. Sean doesnt really do the tuning, we just send the cylinders off to the local blind school so Stevie can work his magic on the ports......he's got the exhaust port up to 100% of the bore with square edges...its very experimental, but we have high hopes. :roll:
