Tried several searches, anyone have a start point for this carb, the needle selection is endless!
TS1 with Franspeed race pipe.

I've just picked one up on Friday of Ben at rayspeed and as mine is a new build ts230 it's set rich 155 main 48 pilot aq267 and u16 needle 60 choke standard slide

Thanks Gary, can i just confirm the atomiser is a DQ267, the AQ is listed for the smaller PHBL carbs?

no probs i have one on my rb200 with franspeed race vertually the same jetting to start but changed to k21 needle 40 pilot 150 main now the k21 is for the 34mm but still fits or you can get away with a k8 if no k21 and a dp267 atomiser

I don't think that's a problem anymore I have just fit mine no problems fastflow tap 300valve I think you had to drill the half round out 2.5mm if I remember iam getting a slight spit back on panels and it goes like you stole it so iam happy with my setup
