Converting casings to reed valve, the principal is simple however does anyone have optimum dimensions on the sealing pad side, widthwise is fairly obvious with removing the width of the pad to the casings and blend, the question is on the height, how deep do you go for optimum results.
Engine will be Polini EVO, Worb5 reed crank, mallossi reed intake.

i built a polini 135 evo for my son a few years ago, it was a beast, i fitted the polini reedvalve manifold and it came with instrustions and measurements, if you look on the scooter help website under tuning-reedvalves there is a like to smallframes and it has a copy of the instrustions you can use,
