If you take spares, make sure they fit.

I was part of a group trip to Donegal at the weekend. I took my new Readspeed 5 plate clutch as a spare and when I burnt out my clutch along the way I wasn't too concerned as I had a spare. The unforeseen problem soon appeared. Friction plates wouldn't fit in the basket. Luckily friends rallied round and I managed to get to Donegal and back.
