Hi, i have a legshield toolbox which is way out from fitting the legshields on my bike, could any tell me the best way to trim this pressed metal box to a reasonable fit.I know about grinding it bit by bit, but this is so far out that i need to cut it somehow.Could anyone tell me the best tool/method to use ?

make a cardboard template and use a multi tool - or there's a sheet metal nibbler thing you can buy that's not as savage as a grinding wheel.
