Started with the rebuild of the front brake today, Next will be fixing all the cables and wiring loom to the frame.

Black parts where black zinced, MB Rubber is not original but a practical piece to protect the paint and stop rattling.

Nice job! I'm also doing a DL Electronic but more a sympathetic rustoration. I can't work out if they had an Electronic sticker or not? Mine doesn't seem to have had one on but it's clearly an electronic with an untampered with transducer bracket etc.

Some updates :D Currently I have trouble fitting the horn cover as it definately won`t fit.

Original bolt for static disc pad is slightly shorter than aftermarket part. The aftermarket touches the hub :evil:

Keep the pics coming, interesting thread. I'm currently (very slowly) restoring a battery type 1970 GP150. I bought a replacement Indian horn cast for mine but found it was about 1cm too narrow so decided to repair the original.
