Re: Piston circlips.....
I do not know what sort should apply, but in any case, use a magnifying glass or needle to 'feel' the groove profile. If they are to suit a 16 mm wrist pin, I probably have spares of either type you can have. But do please check first :D Thanks for that,i had a poke around and luckily had an old Bo...

Bitubo rear shock
Hi all, any recommendations for someone to service/re seal my Bitubo rear shock absorber.
I've had it since the 80's and would like to use it on my 1980's cutdown I'm throwing together, thanks in advance.... Kev

Re: Suzuki 190
I’ve done one of those aS well on one if the latest SIL stage 4 barrels. 3 stud holes to 14mm and one near the manifold to 13mm. Use a 200 head and drill out that as well. I messy job but it work’s okay doesn’t feel right pushing it over the studs etc Did a few of these, but they 'clattered' a bit.N...

Re: Suzuki 190
I've had a TV cylinder bored to take a 66mm piston, the walls were a bit thin, but I ran it in very carefully and all was well.
The maximum I've had a 150 cylinder out to was 64mm with the Suzuki piston, again all good.

Re: Suzuki 190
Had a couple of 190 conversions, one with a 150 barrel bored out,and one with a Tv175 barrel, both went very well, but the Tv barrel had the edge.
