Hello I am running GT 206 with 25 dellorto and JL3 but use same jetting with clubman except moved the clip up 2 for clubman. Originally i used Aq266 with D24 atomiser and needle but had a siezure. Still confused. Searching the web i have found that 50%-57% is quoted as best for single cylinder.

Thanks Tony. Talked to them today and they balance dynamically which meens taking in short block which i may do at a later date. After another conversation with the tuner we have decided for mid range we are going with 65% as this is what he uses for single cylinder motorcross bikes. So we are going...

I am building a 225 Mugello with 60mm crank and 1mm packer. new light mugello piston
Also altering porting to 175 exhaust and 150 inlet with 30mm Mikuni and Jl3 exhaust.
I have talked to a local 2stoke motorcycle tuner that can balance cranks but we are unsure of balance percentage to use.
Any ideas
