I've put a 25 mm phbl on a Suzuki 190 with a Casa Clubman and it's running like a bitch . Hard to start . Impossible to start with any form of obstruction over the bell mouth . Will a 25 mm phbl breathe through a series 2 airbox well enough as the neck is narrow ?
If not , will a series 3 airbox slot straight in ?

What sort of final drive ratio would suit a 190 conversion for a solo touring rider ?

I have got quite a lot of surface rust . Will the anchor wax kill the rust and drastically darken the colour of the rust ?
I've looked at penetrol , anybody seen that ?

I'm looking to treat the considerable surface rust on a S2 that I'm putting back on the road . I don't want to get rid of the rust ,I just don't want it to get worse and I don't want to repaint . Suggestions fellas ?

I got it wrong , the pink and white are provision for a front brake light switch and the brown is for the horn along with another wire to come direct from the switch
